Manufacturing Center

 

Our paint factory production base is located in Langfang Dachang Jinyu modern Industrial Park, 20km away from Beijing city sub-center. The park covers an area of 1.2square kilometers, and has moved in 7 new groups Building materials enterprises, the total investment has exceeded 5.5 billion yuan. Our coating production base has a capacity of 100,000 tons and an investment of 250 million yuan. The whole production process is controlled by computer, and Siemens pneumatic system is used to automatically feed, automatically measure and automatically discharge materials.
Dachang production base is divided into three production areas:


1, Water-based paint production area: annual output of 20,000 tons of latex paint production line; An annual production line of 20,000 tons of thick coating; An annual output of 15,000 tons of thin fireproof coating production line; Annual output 5000 tons of supporting rubber production line;


2, Powder production area: annual output of 30,000 tons of powder production line;


3, Gypsum based production line: annual output of 10,000 tons of gypsum based steel structure fireproof coating production line.

The Weiguan Adhesive Production Base is situated in the Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Cangzhou. Spanning an area of approximately 70,000 square meters and backed by a total investment of 279 million yuan, the facility represents a significant milestone in the industry. Phase I has successfully established an adhesive production line with an annual capacity of 50,000 tons. Phase II, featuring a 10,000-ton high-solid coating production line, is set to commence operations in the near future. The production base is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, incorporating advanced automation and intelligent technology alongside a Distributed Control System (DCS). This ensures streamlined operations characterized by cost efficiency, high productivity, and strict adherence to quality, environmental protection, and safety standards.

Fire-Retardant Coating 

Since 1984, the company has been dedicated to the development and production of fireproof coatings, bridging the gap in the domestic fireproof coatings industry. Based on high-quality environmental protectionepoxy filoor products,it has extended and developed the A-grade floor products such as water-based polyurethane floor, water- basedepoxy floor and cement self-leveling, etc. The Company focuses on building a one-stop service of the floor coating system, with a verymature and perfect technical service system and in-depth design capabilities, The products are widely used in underground garageelectronic workshop, industrial workshop, commercial storage and other ground decoration protection.

Building decorative coating owns a strong research and development and service team, led by industry experts, and obtained a number of patents and "National Key New Products" certificates.
